Eva Susanne Blazek, PhD, is the Director of Thought Leadership and Outcomes Research in the Korn Ferry Institute, USA.

Ms. Blazek directs the outcomes research strategy for Korn Ferry and the thought leadership strategy for the Korn Ferry Institute. Her expertise includes longitudinal and mixed-methods research.

Since 2018 Ms. Blazek has co-led the development of new frameworks and intellectual property on individual and organizational purpose, mission, and values.

She received her doctorate of philosophy in social psychology from the University of Minnesota, USA.
