The organizers do not have the obligation to publish an article that does not respect the quality and copyright standards imposed in the writing of an article.
Authors must abide by the deadline and the article submission process imposed by the organizers.

Cancelation Policy:

For cancelations, please contact the Conference Administration at rais.education@email.com.
Canceled Registration Fees will be refunded, minus a $75 administrative fee.
No refunds will be given for cancelations 30 days prior to the start of the conference.
